USA AND CANADA SHIPPING

Orders over $100 USD ship for free, economy (duties may apply to Canadian orders). 

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

US Orders: All supplements are shipped via USPS and UPS. All comprehensive testing is shipped via FedEx. Transit times quoted are estimates only and not a guaranteed service.

Canadian Orders: All supplements are shipped via USPS and UPS. We recommend UPS Worldwide Expedited® as this offers customs-cleared, day-definite delivery. By paying duties and taxes upfront, there are no longer any duty or tax surprises when you receive your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, please confirm that: 

The product was delivered within the last 30 days.

The product is unopened, in its original packaging.

You have the packing slip, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.molecularprovisions.com

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. 

Lab testing is not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
