Orders over $100 USD ship for free, economy shipping.

Please note: Canadian orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the Canadian government, which are beyond our control and the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and collected by the courier (e.g., UPS) before delivery.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

US Orders: All supplements are shipped via USPS and UPS. All comprehensive testing is shipped via FedEx. Transit times quoted are estimates only and not a guaranteed service.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, please confirm that: 

The product was delivered within the last 30 days.

The product is unopened, in its original packaging.

You have the packing slip, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.molecularprovisions.com

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. 

Lab testing is not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
