Orders over $100 USD ship for free, economy shipping.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

US Orders: All supplements are shipped via USPS and UPS. All comprehensive testing is shipped via FedEx. Transit times quoted are estimates only and not a guaranteed service.

Canadian Orders: All packages are delivered via UPS with tracking included. Canadian customers rejoice! We now cover all duties and customs fees, so the shipping cost you see at checkout is all-inclusive. No more surprise charges upon delivery!

European Orders: All supplements are delivered via UPS with tracking. For European customers: Please be aware that any applicable customs duties and import taxes are not included in our shipping rates. These additional charges vary by country and will be collected at the time of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, please confirm that: 

The product was delivered within the last 30 days.

The product is unopened, in its original packaging.

You have the packing slip, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.molecularprovisions.com

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. 

Lab testing is not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
